1 grilled Chicken breast (sliced and diced)
1 cup 100% Whole Wheat Rotini
1/4 pack of Pre mixed Dole salad greens, no dressing (not sure what this measurement is I always just eye ball it)
Pepper
All mixed together and it is great.. very filling as well, especially for a salad.
