call 310 tech, they will fix it for you. thats not supposed to happen and can be fixed by the technicians over the phone

call them back, tell them your friend who has telus is getting 26.50 for 3 features, with 4 cents a min long distance, and if you dont get that same deal your going to shaw. you'll save another 150 and get a 3rd feature
