Thanks for the PM's and the wishes. Yeah, I'm good. Long freaking day man, Italian Catholic funerals never end. And when they do end, you still get to go hang with the family, eat, drink and talk for another four hours. I'm too damn tired to go out. Sitting at home with some booze. I know that last part is a shocker.

Well someone on my floor in residence decided to be a hero and stick up for himself for an off-comment directed at him...end result: trip to the hospital and a smashed in face.
(Mind you, there are things to stick up for, but long story short, wow, I cannot believe this guy's stupidity).

Back in town for a visit. Went to meet some friends at melrose. UGH.
Not impressed with the overabundance of capital-D ###### on 17th avenue. Course, I'm sure it's always been like this. But boy, oh boy, I've never seen a higher concentration of idiots (both sexes) in my entire life.
Yes, I know it's the bar district. But come on.
Maybe I just don't relate anymore. But the people here sure as shinguard ain't as friendly as they used to be.
And WTF? What is with all the Ed Hardy apparel? Do they not know how ugly everything from that line is?
I don't like this place anymore.

You aren't in Cascade at U of C are you? I have know a guy who got his ass kicked last night and spent the night in the hospital. Frankly, he deserves all he gets. Don't trust the guy, and he's always running around talking about how close he is to getting in fights at parties. He finally got what was coming to him last night.

If it still hurts after 3-4 days, get it checked out. You don't want to screw around with TMJ issues.
