When you let the other team walk out in front of your net and go 1 on 1 with your goalie from 3 feet out....it's not a glitch goal.
I've really yet to see a junky goal that happens OFTEN. Maybe once or twice a certain wrap shot will go in...but that happens in real life too.
Some video would probably really help your cause Justin.

Man, my guy needs to stop fighting, he's not very tough and his face looks like chopped liver after an attack by a mountain line.
Its downright embarressing when he comes out as a star, I shall call him racoon, or split face.

I can't believe people complain about cross-crease stuff - it's much easier to defend against this year, the goalies have some great new moves to deal with it a lot of the times, and the goals that I have allowed cross-crease, I've known I'm out of position before they've shot and could see it coming.
|
Most goals that get scored against me are cross crease but it makes sense as it's almost always because I overpersued the puck carrier and did not pick up the guy waiting for the puck.
I have to learn to use the cross crease more as it's harder to deke with lesser players in this game. I ditched it almost entirely in 09 because I could beat the goalie fairly easily 1-on-1 rather than passing for a one-timer.

Talking to the French or talking to people from the south? Neither is a bath I particularly want to jump into.

I played a game the other night in Be a GM mode where it went to the shootout and after 5 shooters each, it was still tied up. Buffalo's 6th shooter gets to center ice and the announcer says "And Buffalo will score to win the game right here" (WTF?!) and, sure enough, the shooter goes in and scores!
Has anyone else experienced this? It seemed like the game got tired of it and wanted it to end. Bizarre.

Not the one...

That actually sounds like a feature I would appreciate.
Trying to break the shootout with Hal Gill got a little old, especially when - after the one goal in twenty rounds - the computer ties it!

Talk to the CP EASHL (360) team who got scored on 7 times on 12 shots, we all left in the 2nd.
If you want to learn glitch goals in this game, shoot on the ice. Directly five-hole, from anywhere, and they will go in almost all the time.

Whoever bought those boost packs might want to read this:
http://www.operationsports.com/eashl...ead.php?t=7924
According to this, EASHL boost packs aren't as good as the regular boosts you get from unlocking the ones in the game. You cannot combine them and hopefully in the later months we won't see anymore pansy gold equipment..

Just a pair of questions.
How do you do the one leg up fake shot deke?
And how do you do the reach back save when you're goalie?

1. Press right thumbstick on XBOX, I'd assume it's the same on PS3.
2. Automatic when the puck if behind you.

I really hope EA does something about poke checks and lifting the other players stick up. I played a guy today who the whole game poked check me and lifted my stick. Not once did the guy get a penalty for slashing. So annoying that a guy like Wayne Simmonds can outpower Chara and take the puck away by lifting my stick.

Stop complaining, go to practice mode and get better at the game. I hope you realize this is sarcasm, because your post is 100% truth. But people on these forums think EA is god and the game is perfect and we suck.

i don't think he was challenging you. i think he was being sarcastic. he earlier complained about the same stuff you did and everyone jumped on him and just said he wasn't good enough.
