I looked up "Tower Owes me One" in Black's Law Dictionary, and this is what I saw:

This thread has officially nuked the fridge. Any attempt at debate is embarrassingly one-sided. Tower has had more than ample opportunity to address questions and engage the curious - he has made no effort to do so.

This thread is now about Meat loaf.

Seriously, Jammies asks Tower a really simple yes or no question, and in response Tower writes the most incoherent response in the history of CP.

Jammies: Do you pay for things with real money, yes or no?
Tower: If I mix blueberries and strawberries, I get raspeberry jam.

That's either the worlds most epic Fail, or the worlds mose epic Awesome!
I think Tower is a professional politician.

Get asked a simple question... avoid the answer at all cost and dazzle them with your double talk.

That was an interesting article Tower posted. Absolutely nothing to do with any of his arguments, but I think that by this point that is to be expected.

The only explanation for this is that he is :

a) a madman

b) a genius

If the answer is 'a', then this is like trying to pry your drunk buddy away from a morbidly obese girl at closing time.

If the answer is 'b', then you have fallen into Tower's trap.

Worth watching, although some of us could likely learn much more than others.

It also shows how much "free-thinking" Tower is capable of. They basically are all using the same language, same expressions, same poor grasp of the English language. Bunch of nuts.

I don't think Tower understands the crap he is talking about... he just posted an article about a lawyer doing what he considered to be good work. She is fighting all the mortgage lenders for people who are facing foreclosure.

Her tactics may not be successful in the end and some might argue that they are simply stalling tactics, but she is working within the frame work of the existing law.

She isn't talking nonsense about not consenting to be bound by a mortgage because the money you were lent isn't real, or whatever he is saying now.

I think he is looking for a way to stick it to "the man", but he doesn't understand that there legitimate arguments that he can make instead of this freeman nonsense.

Well Tower, before you posted that youtube clip, I didn't believe you. But once I saw the jerky red screen and one sided audio that couldn't possibly have been made without actual police officers, an actual ticket or more than one person, I'm convinced.

Your lack of knowledge pretty much on every aspect of legal study or practice along with your complete lack of understanding of rights and obligations in society has totally been redeemed. Consider me a Freedomiteistman.

So Tower, do you figure that clip actually shows that these ideas are valid? To me it sounded like a guy got out of his car and blathered at a cop for a minute or two, saying nothing that was even remotely correct and the cop chose not to be confrontational. Had I been the cop I might have told the guy that he was welcome to present his arguments in Court and if chose not to attend the Court would certainly address matters without need of his presence and that he would be welcome to take the opportunity of evaluating the functioning of the legal system from within.

Jesus man!!! I am sick of Tower having to spoonfeed you everything!!! It's not about what he does or what those very intelligent fellows in the car do, it's about what you can do for yourself. Do or do not... there is no try. Fear is the path to the darkside. Fear leads to Anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.

How many times does he have to make this argument til you understand. The proof is in the pudding.

I want to see part 3 of the video... 12 weeks later Mr. Freeman gets stopped for speeding again and due to his unpaid ticket and the subsequent warrant out for his arrest he gets hauled off to jail.

As he is being put in the car observers can hear his nonsensical screaming.. "I do not accept this... he threw it in my LAP.. MY LLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAPPPPP!!!!!"

Seriously, don't you find it a little bit convenient that the guy can choose not to accept his ticket, presumably because he does not consent to abide by the Motor Vehicle Act. Yet for the purpose of obtaining a drivers license, registering his car and getting insurance he doesn't seem to have a problem following the rules set out in the Act. Now of course this an assumption based on the fact the cop allowed him to continue driving which I don't think he would have if he was not a licensed driver or didn't have insurance/registration.
