Well!!! That last one is funny! I'm having a lot of fun here in this thread.
I really do not care what you think. I'm sad for you. The truth is there.
Kev, thank you for your concern, but it is not needed.

You still haven't answered the question that has been asked about 50 times.
If you go buy a slurpee, do you pay with cash? As in Canadian Currency.
That's a simple question, so please don't answer it with your usual "I can only give you the truth" answer.
If you pay with a toonie, then the truth you can give us is yes.
If you successfully pay with a rock that says "This is cash money" on it, or any other freeman equivalent, then the truth is no.
So please just answer a simple yes or no question with a yes or no.

Oh, and another simple yes or now question.
Do you pay income tax?
A yes or no will suffice.

Tower, you have interesting ideas and I am having fun here. I will miss you when you are gone like Polly Peena, The President, DESS, (who am I missing?)
You have made a lot of posts about this so please let us know of an example in your actual life where you have made use of your newfound philosophy and how it has impacted your life and the reactions from general society. Do you buy slurpees with legal tender or do you actually use Bills of Exchange or Fractional Reserve Cheques? Do you refuse to pay tickets and fines on the grounds that they have no contractual authority over your person? How has the knowledge of being free from involuntary contracts changed your life. Just give us one example.

See I'm trying to avoid anything that requires more than a yes or a no.
He claims that he won't hold our hands and we have to find out for ourselves (even though I've found a previous post where he explicitly told us that he would tell us if/how any of this mumbo jumbo worked). So in an attempt to not have my hand held, all I want is a yes or no.
That shouldn't be too hard I figure. Though I'm sure I'll get the standard "It's not important what I do, it's what you do that counts" dribble that we've all got for the last couple hundred posts.

Well, Tower and a whole schwack of CP lawyers! There are so many lawyers in this thread that I'm beginning to wonder if Calgarypuck has a billing code.

You didn't use the template. You didn't answer the question. Your sentence structure still sucks. Your metaphors are ill-chosen and inept. You continue to have difficulty with the English language, never mind legal language.
And most importantly - I still don't have a free slurpee.

Now you will tell me Blueberry's mixed with strawberries makes BLUEBERRY AND STRAWBERRY JAM, but not to my dictionary these mean something different you crazy silly man!
The point is my dear Jamms... Sticky as you may be, is that you believe the Law society uses is English. Funny as it is as it is not the case.
Once you UNDERSTAND that it is not English and is an language that mimics but is actually meaning something entirely different you get that you are being manipulated... So continue what you believe. I have already pointed you in a direction that can help and thanks to others who have assisted me...
I've pretty much given the decoder ring for free.... Jamms.... For one who claims to have a brain... You seem all Jammed up.

I seriously think this post should go in the Hall of Fame.
Seriously, Jammies asks Tower a really simple yes or no question, and in response Tower writes the most incoherent response in the history of CP.
Jammies: Do you pay for things with real money, yes or no?
Tower: If I mix blueberries and strawberries, I get raspeberry jam.
That's either the worlds most epic Fail, or the worlds mose epic Awesome!

Wait, is this whole "movement" based off this epiphany?
That law requires strict definitions of terms and cannot simply work with various and very different vernaculars?
Do you really consider this nuance to be the bedrock of oppression by (whomever)?
Yeesh. The more you "teach" the dumber everyone else gets.

Here is a lawyer actually doing good work!
A trail of trouble
Charney said her crusade was born out of experience. Over and over again, she said, in her cases and those of other attorneys she met, she found sloppiness, fraud and outright criminality in the nation’s mortgage lending industry. Regardless of why her clients have been unable to pay their mortgages, she maintains that nobody deserves to lose a home to the unethical and illegal foreclosure procedures that she claims are now being used by many banks and loan servicers.

While working inside the box... Good for her!
