I'm the only one of my buddies who follows that rule. I hate when people do that. My bday was just three weeks ago and I was getting annoyed at all the exotic shots people were buying me but not doing it with me. What's the fun in being sloshed if everyone else at the table is only tipsy? I'll pound back whatever nasty concoction you put in front of me, but man up.

I have to agree about the shot thing. It's pretty lame when someone gets you a cement mixer and gets themself a bottle cap. Shoot the same thing, wussy! If I have to drink 10 shots, I think you can drink 1.

I have on more than one occasion grabbed a buddy who is dancing with an undesirable chick (fat, ugly, slutty..in a bad way), spun him around, given him a good slap, and told him in a firm voice.."No...Bad (insert friend's name here)".
There is another one we do from time to time with the rugby team where we will designate a video review official. If at any point a buddy is dancing with a questionalbe chick you can stop him, call for a video replay (by drawing a square with your hands, al la, "don't be a square").
At that point he has to go for a video review and live with the official's decision as to whether or not he can continue.
Ahhh, good times.
