I found stuffing a sock down my pants works wonders, especially on the train. I find a girl sitting down, and stand in front of her, showing her my package.
Actually, I've never done this, but I bet it'd work.

Any cold approach is tough at first but not impossible, you just have to get used to the idea of approaching women any time, any place. One approach I've used in the past that's worked is when I see a girl on her cell, texting or something I'll walk up and say "you don't have to text me/call me, I'm already here"
the key is just to be confident, and never ever be afraid of rejection. More often than not you will be, but how else are you going to find out unless you try.

Or you could use Randy from Trailer Park boy's method and just have your bare gut lightly brush up against her face.

Obviously you wouldn't continue a convesation if was going in the wrong direction. It's only 'stalker talk' if you persist with it when she doesn't want to. Hopefully, any smart guy would figure that out REAL quick.

You don't hit on the girl walking toward you, you hit on the girl walking the same direction as you. Walk infront of her and hit on her over your shoulder as you walk the same way in a similar pace. Trying to stop her face to face is too intimidating and annoying to her. She'll be less intimidated if you're walking along just infront of her and she feels she can get away if she wanted to.
