One of my stalkers got arrested for this same thing. Except he didn't bother covering up with a towel and he was doing it toward some 20 year old female college student who was standing in the college parking lot. She called campus police, who called the local sherrif's who showed up while he was still going at it. This creep was like 32 years old or something when he did it. Moron.
Plus, he was a part time adult student at the college with aspirations to be a teacher. That's NEVER going to happen now.
