On a side note, the mother isn't that fat she has a six pack from what I counted.
I am sure. Reasonably healthy meals for the week you make a nice dinner every night plus I need chicken/turkey or something for sammiches during the week. Compare the cost of all the chicken breasts, veggies, rice, bread, cheese that it takes to make dinner lunches for a week to the cost of a 48pack of pizza pops at costco or a bulk pack of smokies or hotdogs and buns.

Fresh ingredients are more expensive. Maybe not if you compare the cost of 2 pizza pops with the cost of a chicken sammich BUT you can buy unhealthy food in bulk. I now need to make 3 or 4 trips to safeway a week to pick up fresh veggies, and I am happy to do that.

Argue all you want, I know my grocery bills have increased.

I'm amazed that during this recession, that this welfare family hasn't fallen through the cracks . . . oh wait.

'to obtain a special dialing want, mash the keypad with your palm now'

That is one of my favorite audio clips.

I can't believe they even have the audacity to complain about not having enough money when they recieve almost $40,000/yr (CAD) from taxpayers wallets - it's sickening.

Also, the obesity excuse is lame. If there is one condition that IS treatable, that condition would be obesity, genetic or not.

On the plus side this story has managed to unite all elements of CP in universal disgust and distaste. If only fat welfare families with entitlement issues came along every day to show us that regardless of whether one is a weepy liberal or heartless libertarian; deluded creationist or slavish worshipper of Darwin; DESS or non-insane human; or even Canuck or Oiler fan - at least we aren't growing ginormous off the government teat and loudly bawling for more.

Nothing like a thread about fat people to bring CP together for a bashing fest.

I love you guys.
