May not be the best side dish with wings, but this is great:
Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 cups finely shredded chicken breast
1 cup ranch or bleu cheese dressing
3/4 cup Frank's red hot
2 8oz. bricks cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheese of your preference (I prefer Jack or Cheddar)
Place hot sauce in casserole dish with room temp cream cheese, microwave until easily blended to creamy texture. Mix well.
Add cheese, dressing, chicken. Mix thoroughly, place in oven at 350 degrees (covered in foil) for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5-10 minutes until bubbly on top.
Serve with any cracker/chip (I prefer tortilla chips).
Yum

I really wanted to watch the game with USA commericals but it seems that Bell TV has to use Canadian Commericals this year. This sucks.

Steelers all the way. Superbowl #6 makes them the all-time franchise leader.

Same with Shaw. It used to be the time-shift channels showed the American station's regular feed but they've cut in on those too. That's too bad.
But as far as the U.S. commercials go, they'll be available on youtube soon enough.

Craig Morton. The last mortal man to wear #7 in Denver.

As much as I do not dislike one single element of the Cardinals this year, I am still rooting for the Steelers. This team does it the right way. They draft well and always seem to have a replacement ready for that irreplaceable free agent loss. They've had 3 coaches in the modern era. 3. Unreal.
Hines Ward is the kicker. Not a better guy in the NFL. Love that guy.

Actually, Hines Ward is the receiver. Jeff Reed is the kicker.
