Alright. So, I had a quick look for tourneys, it appears there are 2 in Banff in April. So nothing too incredibly close, but I'll keep looking. Also, we need to start considering which league we want to play in for the Summer, as I believe they are taking registration right now. Which also means any newcomers (if any) need to get jerseys ordered (or we can just play in a league where they can wear a flames jersey for the time being).

boo what happened to vegas?

From looking at the scoresheets they lost the last game before the break, so much for the winning streak.

Can't wait til the 8th and back on the ice.

that would be awesome if the puckers went to vegas in the summer. Im playing on a team from edmonton down there.

I'm just waiting to hear back from the NCHL on their exact pricing for the summer, and the HNA is still deciding whether to go with 15 or 20 games, which may be a factor in which league we go with.

Also, for the jerseys, the HNA relaxes their dress code for the summer, so if there were any players who were going to sign up for the summer they could just wear a Flames jersey.

I'm going to send out and e-mail right now though and find out where everyone's at, and whether we need to find any new players for the summer or not.

I guess I should own up to this...I seem to have started this thing called the "jar_e curse"...I'm pretty sure we're 1-11 when I'm on the ice...though I'm still in the top few for points/scoring....

And we lost. It was a pretty bad game too...the other team had a player who faked and injury than proceeded to punch one of our players while he was getting up.

haha, wow. reading a couple posts from earlier on in this thread, and it seems like the league you guys play in is pretty ghetto at times. Sounds awesome!

Played tonight, other then the fact i have absolutely no endurance having literally sat on my ass almost 2 months straight, but other then that 100%. Got a new stick too and it's loaded with goals

What a game. Win in OT with 30 seconds left, we kill off most of a 5-on-3, then they take 2 penalties to make it 3-on-3, until we finally go 5-on-3 and finish the deal. What a freakin game. So much fun.

Playing #2 team tonight. Their record isn't all that impressive. Play like we did last night, we should be alright.
