I thought it was funny because of Gilles temptation to punch out Dion when the doors closed because while the Liberal's got into bed with the Separatists. The next morning or evening the Seps rolled over to cuddle some more and found out that they had spent the night with Bozo the clown.

Regardless of an Alberta Seperatist party having sway in parliament, you cannot honestly believe the Bloc has had seperatist ambitions for the last 16 years. They just use the looming 'possibility' of seperation as a massive bargaining chip, or bargaining bludgeon if you will.

With all the venom flying around, it's hard to take all these criticisms seriously.

I listened to Harper, Dion, and Layton speak on the radio and all of them sounded fine and ALL of them stretched the truth to try and make their points. You either buy what they're selling, or you don't.... but things are getting childish not just in parliament anymore...

Of course they have an economic plan. It is to redistribute the wealth from the "have" regions of this country into the pockets of their Ontario and Quebec business friends. Didn't you hear how often they cried about Magna's plight in Question Period today? Magna ... I've heard that name before somewhere. Oh ya, that's right, that's Stronach's company. Clearly the Separatist Coalition must seize power tomorrow so they can repay their debt to Belinda by bailing Magna out of whatever perceived plight it's in. And how long will it take the Liberals to figure out how to solve their own financial quagmire with taxpayer's money? That's no doubt part of their economic plan too. I'm sure they can figure out some way of doing that ... probably something to do with brown paper bags and bogus contracts.

Umm... You do realize that Harper proposed all of these things after this coalition did right initially in their accord? The Conservatives have completed an about face, this is why this coalition is pointless anyways. If I were the Liberals (especially Rae and Ignatieff) I would walk away knowing that they yield true power in this government.

You do know that Ducceppe went to the press yesterday and stated that this coalition is good for a sovereign Quebec right.

I don't see venom, I do see outright laughter at how badly the Liberals have screwed their coalition party.

It's all political posturing. The Bloc will lose support from Quebec hardliners if they don't mention it at least once in awhile.

Lip service from a politician is as believable from Ducceppe as it is from any other.

Yup, it truly is laughable. Dion is an utter disaster, Liberal supporters cannot be happy right now. Without a proper leader, they stand zero chance of getting back into this right now.

More support for the Separatist Coalition ...

This is almost getting to be too easy.

Yeah darn those communists and their disproven political system!

They just don't know when to leave well enough alone!

In all seriousness, is this really that laughable? Communism (in it's ideal form) is a leftist system.

On that note, would you be concerned if the Fascist party voiced their support for the Progressi-re-serva-form-atives?

Whoa, it's almost like a coalition or something.

Yah, the Communists were afraid that with the $1.95 a vote subsidy in danger of going away, the annual 2 for 1 pizza night at Chairman Frank's house wasn't going to happen.

I doubt they get 5% of the total vote and so wouldn't get that $1.95 a vote anyway....

So in all seriousness, you're okay with this?

As for my support of the conservatives that you imply, find a post where I've said I'm actually a conservative supporter. I hate all politicians. I just hate some more than others. What do I think of Steven Harper? I think he's an arrogant SOB who badly misjudged this whole situation and shares a good part of the blame for causing it, along with the Three Stooges. What he is not however, is a traitor. Figure the rest out.

Both speeches were pretty bad. Harper didn't say anything he hadn't already said, and I'm not sure the average person will know what his is talking about when he talks about RIFs.

Then again, Dion could have tried to say CAT and no would would have been able to understand him. Perhaps the third time he tried to pronounce it, but not the first. And I think the networks were late showing it because Dion's group had to upload it to youtube, at least that looked like the quality.

I don't think either of those bozos show leadership skills. They may be smart, but they have the charisma of roadkill.

Firsty, I apologize for associating you with a politcal party.

Secondly, I am not affiliated with any of the 3 coalition parties (or any other for that matter).

Thirdly, everything you just said is correct. However, I don't think communists supporting the coalition is necessarily a bad thing. You would have to be either 80 or so rednecked you think it's 1963 and the Ruskies are about to fly over Baffin Island with their MiGs and AK-47s to take away your apple pie and Pat Boone records.

Perception counts. Just like the Hot Air book behind Dion, the blurry video, the cowlick on one of the opposition MPs during Question Period today...it's the little things that stand out.
