I've seen it in my Co-op liquor store.
I haven't tried it since I haven't had a good Mojito since Cuba, and have given up trying.

Might have been the Fruili or whatever it is called - if you like that you should try the cherry kriek beer (both of these are available at 1410).

Actually most states measure alcohol by volume, so 4.2 is the same. Some states measure it by weight, which gives a number about 4/5 the size of the ABV number (like it says in the wikipedia article).
Fact is most regular beers in the US are in fact 5% ABV (the same as here) and most light beers in the US are 4.2% ABV compared with 4% here.
There are cases in the US where the beers actually are lower in alcohol content...usually beers bought from grocers because some states have laws that limit the alcohol content of drinks sold in certain types of establishments (namely grocery stores).
Another thing with light beer...in Canada a beer can only be called "light" if it is 4% ABV or less. In the US for a beer to be called "light" it actually has to be below a certain # of calories per serving...not based on alcohol content.

Mnnn.....
Also, cars are so cheap here I can't believe it. Anything American is nearly free..

I'm warning you, that's a chick drink. Not that I look down on guys drinking chick drinks, but I wouldn't mention your views on Bud Light Lime to a group that prides itself in masculinity.
Also, American stuff is cheap because Americans don't get paid very well at all.

Just picked some up this afternoon for the first time.
It's not bad, but definitely no substitute for my standard Dos Equis with fresh lime. Not as good as Corona either.
Then again, I never buy Bud Light so maybe that has something to do with it.
One thing I have noticed, they do get better the more of them you drink.

The secret to a good mojito is aromatic bitters - that makes all the difference. So many places just do rum, lime, soda, mint and try to pass it off as a mojito - but it really needs the bitters.
As for Bud Light Lime - I'd try it - sounds like a girly beer and since I'm a girl - I bet I'd like it.

Actualy measuring alcohol by proof is weaker, as the proof system is roughly about double the by volume system. Doesn't mean there is double the alcohol in it, it means, the unit of mesaurement is roughly doubled. (not the exact conversion, but a good rule of thumb).
IE, that Light Lime beer at 4.2 wouldn't 8.4 up here, it would be 2.1, which is right dead on for an American light beer.
American beer is pretty weak, unless you find imports you are used to from other places. From my experiences, my friends experiences, and serving american customers (what do you put in your beer up here? ) when I worked at a golf course and other places, I've only had evidence to support that.

Beer isn't measured by Proof in the US, its measured by ABW.
3.2% ABW = ~4% ABV. 3.9% ABW = ~5% ABV. Its the same thing. American beer isn't any different. The only difference is perception based on ABW v. ABV, and maybe altitude.
As for Bud Light Lime... still no sightings. No Miller Chill either.

In Jamaica I was drinking Red Stripe and rum. They take a glass, and add a shot of Appletons Special god rum then fill it up with Red Stripe. It is quite good.

I've been looking but can't find any stores carrying it. Did try it while on vacation in the States and loved it.

Montana? That explains things.
Been hunting down that beer all summer with no success. Stores here say they have a lot of people asking but can't get it yet. Maybe next summer

Yeah, I still can't find it around here.
I doubt it'll EVER come to Canada.
