I think we're close to the same age, I'll be in there for sure. They don't tour here very often, so they? They've only been here once, correct?
You know it's my B-day Habby! wink wink nudge nudge...

If memory serves me, didn't Pearl Jam have a big fight with Ticketmaster a few years back on their "surprises"?# Did that get resolved?

They had an issue with ticketmaster doing auctions for tickets instead of set prices. I think ticketmaster stopped doing it or don't do it in Canada.

I saw PJ last year in Van and it was by far one the best concerts I've ever seen. This will be awsome!!!!
Where did u see them......I didnt think they have played here since 03 at GM PLace? [/b][/quote]
My bad. It was May 30, 03.

Doesn't feel like it was 2 years ago.

Sort of off topic, but apparently Eddie Vedder was at the U2 concert in Vancouver last night.

Another sort of topic PJ thing:

If you go to their website, it plays O'Canada.

http://www.pearljam.com/

They are also playing a concert in Thunder Bay of all places.

hehe I mentioned the Thunder Bay thing in post 2 of this thread. Like I said T Bay is doing something right, because this is at least the 2nd major act to play there recently...maybe it's the Old Neil Young connections

When I lived there in around 2000, N'Sync played there. Not that I'm a fan, but it was a pretty big event there.

You need to play something between Toronto and Winnipeg.
Seriously though a 15 city Canadian tour is pretty impressive. I'm gald PJ is finally recognizing us up here.
