I guess, but when you are asked if you will ever raise taxes and you respond 'I will not raise taxes' it seems like the same thing.

Harper even just said, that there would be income splitting in certain situations.

I was just about to say the same thing Bob.
You should vote because the reason politicians lie is they know that most people they meet don't vote.

Geez, I just had visions of Bush: "read my lips, no new taxes". That sip of water looked awfully awkward ROFL.

I will be voting, I haven't missed a Provincial or Federal election since I could vote. I feel it is an important thing to do and it gives me the right to complain about the gov't when I don't like what they are doing.

Oh Layton I wouldn't buy a used car from you let alone vote for you. If I bought a car from you it would be a Lada with a 75000 price tag

Maybe not a Lada. That'd bring the ire of the UAW.

That was awesome, particularly when he referred to 3 others he won't be either.
Duceppe has more charisma and personality than any of the other leads combine.

Layton reminds me of the social credit party
For every doller that you pay in taxes we'll give you two dollars back.

Is this Exxon tax break really such a big deal? It is one of 2-3 bullets Layton keeps firing towards Harper.
