You didn't miss much after that, in terms of what was left of the show, couple seconds or so max. But it was a big line!
Spoilers in white...
Wilson tells House that they aren't friends anymore and that he isn't sure they were ever friends.
End of spoiler.
I thought it was a pretty good episode overall. I really, really hope they get rid of the new team. I know all the men like Thirteen, but I just can't tolerate her, so I hate to say it, but (possible spoiler in white) I hope they accelerate her Huntingtons disease storyline. Also, I miss Chase, Foreman and Cameron. So, I hope there is a move to get them more involved in the show again. And, there better be lots of Wilson coming up, cause I love Wilson!

Did anyone watch the second episode of Fringe? I ended up going out.
Was it any good? Better or worse than the opener?

Yeah I'm kind of tired of the new team too. The 13 vs Cameron thing is a bit tough, though. This new Cameron seems ok, but I really didn't like her much in the first three seasons. I think it would be interesting to see 13 with Chase and Foreman, leaving Cameron to stay in the ER.
...and Wilson can't leave. I'd still watch the show, I'm sure... but Wilson is the glue that makes this whole thing work.

The relationship between House and Wilson is the show, IMO. That's why this new development is slightly unnerving. I guess it'll be interesting to see it all pan out. I am looking forward to some good back and forth between them (spoiler) though that will be difficult if Wilson isn't actually at the hospital anymore. /spoiler.
As for the team, I know my desire to get the old team back is just not logical. There's no way to get them all back together as a team, again. Chase suddenly doesn't like being a surgeon? Cameron doesn't want to help people in the ER? They both want to go back to being lackies for House? Not going to happen. I just wish they would at least give them bigger roles (and get rid of the new team, or at the very least, Thirteen). I always thought Cameron was good with House simply because she was his opposite, the eternal optimist versus House's hate the world and everyone in it schtick.

I like Fringe. I know it is absurd, but it's like a comic book.
On the second show a woman gives birth to a baby that grows to old age and dies within 4 hours. You can watch it here:

Olivia and the Bishops investigate the death of a woman who conceives, carries to full-term and gives birth to a baby in the span of a few hours. The baby, in turn, ages 80 years in just a few minutes. As Dr. Bishop runs tests, Olivia turns to Nina Sharp for help.

I found the story lines to be intriguing, but the acting so terrible that I quickly lost interest...

I like her character, I think the whole "I have Huntington's so I want to make a difference" element gives her character depth. Ultimately, I think that determination will lead to a big screw up on her part, tough.

It was mildly entertaining, but one thing that always drives me nuts is when the science they use is completely garbage. The whole electrical impulses still in the girls eye... larf.
That and shocking a non-beating heart cannot in any way restart it. Shocking a heart STOPS it. It's supposed to be for when the heart is beating incorrectly.

Besides, Jennifer Morrison, is much hotter. So you guys can just look at her for your fix.

Like others have said, House is dependant on the interactions between the characters. I was shocked last season when House found a new team...and after last night's episode...I'm a little skeptical of the season, to say the least. The Wilson-House dynamic was what made the show for me...without it...I don't know how it can keep going. I mean it's great for 'drama' and all that, but I think it might push a lot of viewers away.

Yeah, I agree. I was actually looking forward to last season when they teased with the idea of House hosting his own Survivor-esque type game to pick his new team. I thought it would be funny. But honestly, it ended up losing some of its appeal because you lost some of the interaction between the main characters that they had taken the time to develop in earlier seasons.
Now, with changing the Wilson and House relationship, that's quite a big shakeup. The show really needs that relationship. The House/Cuddy relationship is pretty good as well, but not as strong or interesting as House/Wilson. I wonder how they will work this out.

Wouldnt normally be my kind of show either. It seems to combine the best aspects of mystery/drama type shows such as CSI with solid acting and characters that are actually interesting. Overally a pretty quality show.

You can't watch a show like this and take it seriously, or expect sound science. I'm a skeptic generally, but I am able to suspend my disbelief and enjoy this little universe (as unrealistic as it is). I think the show knows itself how absurd it is, and that's where some of the humor comes from.

They're not getting rid of Wilson.
Wilson -> House
Watson -> Holmes
They've gone through this type of dynamic before with House and Wilson. Not to this extent, mind you, but they still did it.
- Season 1: Vogler takes over the hospital and forces Wilson out... while House stands by and lets him take the fall.
- Season 3: Tritter brings House up on drug charges, and then identifies Wilson as an accomplice and seizes all of his assets, etc. Again, House stands by and refuses to relent.
I can't wait to see how things pan out this time. Of course they're going to pull through it, and I'm sure it's going to be a roller-coaster... but you don't just do what House did to Wilson/Amber last season and not have some kind of interaction afterward.
Edit: ...and I think Jennifer Morrison (Cameron) is way hotter than Olivia Wilde (13), but I'm not really sure which way to go with them. I definitely agree that they have to get rid of Taub and Kutner, though.
