Probably somewhat. As well, it has an impact on new home construction and may mitigate oversupply this year somewhat. In 2005, the rainfalls had a significant impact on construction and may have contributed to some degree to the supply shortage and price run up in the second half of 2005.

I bet if you cut your asking price by 50% it'd be gone in a week, tops.... |

If a Tornado wiped out Edmonton, that would be all kinds of awesome.

Watch Warning? It's either or.... but to make sure, it's a watch. A warning means one already exists and is an immediate danger.

Also for Lethbridge and area south of Calgary. Lot's of weird action lately.

I hope it keeps raining, so the suicide rate goes up, so there's even more worker shortages, so more people move here, so me and Photon can make more money on real estate.

If there are more suicides, there will be more homes flooding the market.

Weird weather in Edmonton today. Like mentioned, tornado watch right now. Heavy rain at times today, very hot sun other times. I long for nice 20 C weather.

Are you saying there's a silver lining to this mo'fuggin rain cloud that's been stifling my projects? Woo hoo! As for whoever got sent home from Burnco, brace yourself... The concrete orders are about to pour in.

Ahahaha... "Pour" in. That's a triple entendre. I am so smrt. |

			This rain is so beautiful.
I'll take spring showers over snow 99 years/100.

Rain's okay ... but we've had 13 inches (33 cm) of it in Drum so far this spring. That's more that we need, especially for a semi-desert. A little sun would be nice. I hate mushrooms.

Agreed, the weather has been strange. One minute the sun's out, the next it's absolutely pouring out. Although I'm lovin the rain right now, I love a good pour. St. Albert's been gettin teased for a week with no rain when Edmonton's been gettin it all. I'm fine with this if it sticks around for the rest of the week.
