I was tempted to bump this exact thread with that exact message this morning.
But I would have replaced "slightly annoying" with "god damn effing annoying".

Turning on the television to see terrible weather conditions all across the continent, the obvious switch here from drought only a few years ago to near floodwatch every spring for the past few years, I really fear we've done something to this planet that's likely not reversible, unfortunately the worst is yet to come.

Haha, that's really good. I, as a Hill Person, join your laughter at the Swamp People and will add my own condescending shake of the head. Silly people to want to live in a swamp.

It snowed here this morning (Moscow, Idaho that is). I'm using it as an excuse to not go outside today.
For a reference point average high around this time of year is 70 F (20ish C).

I'm still kicking myself for missing that 4 hour window, on Saturday May 31st, when I could have mowed my lawn instead of doing my weekend errands.
Now I hope it never stops raining, since I'm faced with chopping down a rainforest the next time the sun comes out.

This kind of weather was normal when I was younger.

Bwahahahahah.........(devilish enough for ya ???)
I do sympathize if anyone is losing work or getting damage from this but as a Hill dweller I kinda smile as well.
I live in Deer Ridge. If my place ever floods because of rain
I'm building an ARK !!!!!!!!!!!

This rain is absolutely nuts. I got lucky and mowed my lawn last Wednesday, now a week later it looks like a freakin jungle again.

I wonder if this weather is slowing down real estate sales?
