Absolutely. My wife and I had a streak going a few years ago, and the longest we could keep it going was six weeks. It really took a lot of creative scheduling to even go that long, and we finally gave in to exhaustion. Creativity also becomes a huge issue, but if you were really on a mission you could pick up some great books for ideas. We were given a book for an anniversary present once - 50 Nights of Great Sex - each page was a sealed envelope either for him, her, or both. They contained your "mission" for the week. It wasn't just about "positioning" either, it was all about the mind games and tease leading up to it - it was actually a lot of fun.
