Personally I'd choose the golf vacation instead. |

Married couples say they have sex an average of 68.5 times a year. That's slightly more than once a week. — Newsweek |

well pardon me for thinking of you, and giving you the opportunity to have sex with me every day for a year while I'm still young enough that you can enjoy it. 40 year olds need that little blue pill, I'm also saving you on pharmaceutical costs.

See, I'm all heart and thinking in your best interest.

			I work. I parent. I run a house. I have a crush of obligations.

And...I have never turned my husband down for sex. Most of the time, it recharges the batteries so I can keep a handle on all the other craziness in my life. In fact, I get down right cranky when we go too long between sessions. I just dont' understand why women don't think of sex as "me" time.

Don't get me wrong. My husband and I don't always get along and our libidos are hardly ever in sync, but I can't imagine a lifestyle where sex is a gift and not a requirement in a relationship.

Did you see the picture of the lady? The only way she is getting any is by giving it away.
She is fortunate she doesnt have to pay.....yet.

The point of the article is obviously not that they wanted to try and set some kind of numerical record for a married couple facking, but that they wanted to try to really connect deeply with one another and forge a powerful bond in their relationship. Imagine: you get home from work and you're overjoyed to see your wife and kids. That is the gift. I wouldn't know myself, actually, since I haven't been married (and so long as I can continue to give myself the greatest birthday present ever - a different hot girl every day of every year - I may never say my vows), but I gather from what I read/see/hear that the doldrums of matrimony can wear a man down; I think this woman putting in such a concerted effort to make things good for the long haul is really awesome.
Also, I think this article does such a good job of explaining the book, I have no idea why anyone who's read the article would want the book itself.
