To derail this thread even more...
Lulu is some other language for GOLD in the world of women. As I was buying my Peyton Manning jersey and a few games for the XBOX360, I suggested that my then just pregnant wife buy herself some Lulu pants cause they would stretch around the belly, and be compfy.
What a great idea, said the wife.
Sure, $200ish dollars later and 2 pairs of pants later, but she loves the crap out of those pants... It was like she won the damn lottery or something that day. And even a day past her due date, and basically only carrying the baby, and no extra weight, and her butt still looks amazing in them.
Anyone who wants to get in good with the ladies... Lulu... and you'll be repaid when they ware them. Trust me.

Good work... Just to be clear, you're saying that your wife was ok with you buying a football jersey, and a bunch of games, so you "reciprocated" by telling her to splurge a little on herself... Buuuut, you wisely planted a seed in her brain, directing her toward another score for you..?..?
Well played.

I went to the Lululemon in Ottawa a couple of weeks and wasn't overly impressed. I thought the guys selection was really small. Lots of stuff for girls, but mostly bland clothes that you could probably find for cheaper at a department store (albeit unbranded).

What wife is OK with her husband buying a jersey and video games? I know they are out there, but this guy ain't got one of them. She's awesome, but not into the Colts, or NHL08.
But she never thought she'd ever get Lulu, and I'm just a nice guy. Nicer than Fotze at least. What did that guy with the sandwich give back to him... nevermind, I don't want to hear it.

You're allowed to buy football jerseys but she "never thought she'd get lululemon"?
Just outta curiosity, does she wash your feet for you?

Just outta curiosity, why so interested?
My wife doesn't demand material things, but enjoys shopping for herself. She wanted them, but never thought we could afford to...
I could go on, but I don't feel I need to justify myself on a Calgary Flames board... Maybe on a board for people who love their spouces... but definately not here...
Move on...

If you didn't have Bender as your avitar, and a quote from Back To The Future on your sig, I would have thought you wore Lulu...
Let's leave this thread to the people who wear it, or are looking to buy it for themselves...

Yeah I'm in that crowd. You wear what makes you happy. If they're comfertable, great! I hear they're comfertable, wouldn't mind a comfertable pair of sweats when I go to the gym. Never tried them on though, I hear they're expensive. But if they were cheaper and I needed to buy pants, yeah, I wouldn't mind. Is it the idea of a girls brand that guys hate? Whats so bad about them?
Girl in lululemon... thumbs up.

I would like to add that jeans tucked into rear entry boots, a San Fransisco 49er's Starter jacket, no toque, a Sony Walkman and pole straps flopping in the wind is not a good look.

So the sale that's on at the Big 4 has made parking a nightmare at the Stampede grounds, FYI... for anyone that was planning on going to the sale.
