The real questions is how long before Nonis becomes the GM in Calgary. (It's a 100% given that he'll be working for the Club. That's just how Burke operates.)

I'd guess dough boy will be hired as an assistant GM before September of this year and settles into the GM's chair by the beginning of the 2017-18 Flame season.

There is zero percent chance that Nonis lands a job with the Flames.
And there's a very slim chance he ever finds a GM job again in the NHL.
