Markstrom was arguably the team's best player tonight.
Breakaway. 2 on 1. Players left all alone in front. Giveaways. The defensive play wears the goat horns tonight, along with some of the team's supposed 'best' players either having a quiet night (Huberdeau) or being downright awful (Kadri). Clean up a bunch of terrible defensive plays (Backlund very rarely has brain cramps defensively like he did on the tying goal) and Markstrom gets a very deserving victory. He continues to play like tonight and he's not a concern at all.
