This is typical male sexism. The vaginal walls, like all muscles only get stronger with use. The only way they get looser is if there is tearing which is common with things like childbirth, but you'd have to be having an immense amount of freaky sex for that to be an issue.
The fact that you put in that first example shows hows it's probably in the guys minds because they are worried about sex with other men, and doesn't really have anything to do with the girl.
Virgins are of course tight, but there are different reasons for that. The hymen of course, and just the mental attitude at the time, IE, it's painful so they clamp down a bit unconsciously.
