Vulvar tissue (including the stuff around the opening) and the perineum, however, can be disrupted by trauma such as certain practices, childbirth, etc. That's what can make things easier after repetitive use.

Actually many do. Some studies show it to be effective in prevention of tearing, and therefore the common side effects of the tear and fixing the tear which can be loss of feeling, some incontinence etc. Other studies say it does nothing. But yes many women do "practice" stretching it out before the big event.

My girlfriend is working in obstetrics. I'm telling you right now based on her stories, hoo-haws can get VERY ELASTIC and will retain said elasticity for a while. However, repeated engagement with the snatch will make it "accomodate" particular shapes and sizes.
