One of the first game exploits I remember is the popsicle stick trick to create a lever to rapid fire the buttons.
My favorite by far just squeaked onto the list, but was very hard to find in arcades..... Sinistar. If I ever find a mint one, I would definitely buy it.If the game had been more mainstream, I am sure it would be in the top 10.
Close second was Battlezone. I loved those old vector graphic games Atari made. They still have a very cool feel to them if you can find one without a horrible case of screen burn-in.
A buddy of mine has a mint version of Tempest, that looks like it just came out of the crate. I guess the thing sat in a private collectors basement for 30 years, and hadn't been turned on more than a few times. Picked the thing up for $500 at an estate auction. The jerk set it to 50 cents and makes me pay to play it. lol
