if the liberal govt was brought down in a no confidence vote? Seeing the info coming out of the gomery inquiry, it sounds like the liberal party/govt was siphoning millions of our hard earned tax dollars right into their pocket. 'Give so and so a job with this salary, or the govt will yank the sponsorship acct from you'....this is so incredibly fraudulent, It just blows me away. Why are we (myself included), so laid back and meek when it comes to politics in this country. If this happened in the states, people would be marching in the street. If this happened, in say Argentina, there would be a country wide strike...

Anyways, would you vote to keep the liberals in with regards to the adscam goings on?

I'll definitely be voting Conservative if it comes to an election. Just to get the liberals out.

Green for me as well.

Also, I think the Yanks are just as complacent as us. Scandals happen all the time down there as well and not a lot of street marching goes on.

CPC although I know that if an election was held all the liberals would do would be to say that being right wing means you hate gays (or that the CPC will take away all homosexual rights) and win the next election that way.

Who cares if they are stealing from us though.... the worst part is that apparently even the big boys in the party had their hand in the pot.

Be honest man... do you really want a guy in an old tweed government running our country?

The Conservatives would at least have an idea of what to do.

I'm not so sure...take the last US election for example.....movies were made to try and oust Bush, demonstrations in the streets for/against Bush policies, etc. There was a lot of clear, public involvement for both sides in the last US election

Green.

I'm a social liberal so the conservatives don't fit my ideologies. Liberals are obviously out with the scandals. And NDP aren't fiscally conservative enough for my taste. I will continue to send my dollars to the Greens and a message to the rest of the parties that they don't have an appealing platform.

Conservative . . . . but holding my nose.

And maybe I do the Green protest thing at the last minute. Maybe the Communists will have a candidate in my rural Alberta riding.

Depends, the other options don't exactly tickle my fancy either.

As the Green party become more serious they will weed out the ultra weirdos. With each vote I give them now they get money that can help them become a serious party in the future.

I'm voting Green, like I did last time.

The Greens won't win therefore that question isn't relevant.

But dollars are allocated to each party for your vote. A vote for Green therefore denies the big parties of the money from your vote and potentially sends a message. Not to mention their platform is closest to my ideology.

You mean they would be playing politics to win the election?

We hear this a lot lately -- "the Liberals will make the Conservatives look bad, what a bunch of creeps the Liberals are for doing that".

That is the name of the game.

It's like blaming the Lightning for winning the Stanley Cup because they scored more goals in that last game.

Considering the Liberals have had no policy but bash the opposition... I think it's a valid criticism.

Hah... I voted Green last time too. For the exact reasons all have stated above. But as I said, I would just vote Conservatives to kick the Liberals out on their ass.

Let's be totally honest. It would be the exact same as the Liberals except we would maybe have 5 corruption free years.
