I would say that I am pretty good, but that certainly is does not make me super advanced. What is it you are trying to do? What was your knowledge with 2003? Why don't you get a budget and build a real database?

I'm decent with Access, but more of a SQLServer guy, so I tend to build my user interfaces in .NET and reports in SSRS, rather than using Access' built-in functionality. But I'd be happy to help if I can.

It's nothing complex, it's just I've never really used Access prior to this (and most people in this class have :P)
pretty much just standard tables, queries, forms, reports, and a switchboard of a standard company (doing a fictitious sales company).
Struggling on the relationship aspect of my database design (pre forms, i get to make up data that i can input once i make forms)

LOL, I thought you meant major project as in for $$$. Anything you are doing in school should be fairly easy. Tables, queries, forms, reports and the switchboard is all elementary stuff, especially when you have Google!
What aspect of relationships is an issue? That is a fundamental of getting anywhere with database design - you must think of everything in terms of relationships. Is this first year of a general compi sci course? If so, easy. What is your first question?

I was about to say, if I was doing a major project at work and using Access I would promptly be putting my head in the oven.
