Used Cisco Gear
I was torn as to whether I should put this here, or in the Buy/Sell forum, but decided to post it here so that it may get greater exposure to my techie brethren. Mods, if this should go into the Buy/Sell forum, my apologies and please move it accordingly.
I am looking for a local source of some Cisco gear to setup a test/study environment at home. I am looking for specific models, but can be a bit flexible as long as they support what I want to do with them.
For a switch I'd be looking at a 2950 model, probably a 12 port. If the price is right, I may be interested in getting two.
For a router, I'd be looking at a 2600 series of some variety, preferably with 2 Ethernet ports, not 1.
If any of you know a local supplier/shop where I could go to purchase this, let me know as I'd love to avoid shipping charges. I've checked vfxweb and they didn't have anything on their website. As well, if you know of a company/individual who has some of this lying around who may be interested in selling it , please let me know.
