Default App that tracks network traffic

I am looking for something simple to track the traffic one of my computers is sending onto the network. I was looking at Netpersec and it seems to do what I want but all the download sites look like they are down. So if anyone knows of a similar program, or of a working mirror to download Netpersec, I would love to hear about it.

I would prefer something free, or GNU license but if someone has a utility they use that is really good, I wouldn't mind shelling out a few bucks for it.

I use this to monitor my bandwidth usage at the router: http://www.paessler.com/prtg6

I haven't tried using it to monitor individual machines, but I'm sure if you enabled SNMP on the machine, then added a sensor in PRTG you could get the data you were looking for.

It's been a very reliable, stable tool for me, and the freeware version is good for up to 10 sensors (think 10 machines or 10 network interfaces)
