Default New wave of Xbox360 Bans

Just an FYI that M$ has started another wave of bans for modded xbox's. Reading forums they have gone as far as banning consoles with aftermarked controllers and fans etc. I'm sure the majority of bans stem from flashed drives.

Anyone looking to buy a used 360 should be extremely careful in the near future as modders will be looking to unload there banned system.

On that note i'm also looking for someone with a banned/modded system who is looking to unload it cheap. Paying $100 for the system with power brick (No controllers)

I'm sure they are simply banning anyone using a machine with an aftermarket controller or fan.
I don't know much about this, but one example I've heard is that people mod their controllers so that in FPS games their guy shoots at a quicker rate than others. I bet they only are banning people like that.

I mean if Joe Middle-Schooler got aftermarket xbox contoller from bestbuy and was banned for using it, there would be outrage and possible lawsuits. I would imagine.

I'm glad they're banning all the cheaters.. Its stupid playing online when theres constantly people playing with unfair advantages like aimbots. Its kind of pathetic to cheat at games because you suck at them.

Agreed, but it would suck for the people who buy a used 360 from EB only to find the console has been banned.
