9 so far here in Riverbend. Not too surprising, I guess. The community is getting older. But all the kids so far have been little ones, so that's cool.

I had about 30-40 kids, a big drop off from last year. I wonder if the flu hysteria made everyone stay home. Ah well, leftover candy for me.

The cutest little guy came to the door. He was maybe two. He had a little Pooh Bear costume on, had a big fat tummy and the little red shirt. Adorable. I would have taken a picture if I didn't think it would have been a little weird for a total stranger to take pics of other peoples kids.

Also had a group of teen guys come to the door, asking for candy. None of them had costumes on. All of them had lude things to say to me and my friend.

I didn't really say anything, but my friend was getting into it. She enjoys that kind of situation. Given that it was my house, I wasn't trying to start crap with the little hooligans.

One, Hillhurst. In the most awesome little Lion King costume ever.

We only get tenant's grandkids/relatives in this building. We hook these kids up--I'm sure they get a whole night's worth in one building.

On and for those of you who watched 30 rock this week and were wondering about the gay H'ween parties. Yes it is true and it doesn't start till 11 PM LOL

I've had about 16 so far.

Halloween seems do be dying a slow, painful death and it makes me sad. Well, the trick-or-treating part at least...

Good thing you never because you know the kids would be back armed with eggs.
