Default The UnOfficial CP Drinking Game Thread

In light of the upcoming CP softball camping tournament weekend drinkathon, I want to hear what this vast and experienced board knows in the ways of drinking games.

All of it, Beer Pong, Quarters, all the variations and rule changes, everything, what do we know CP?

EDIT:

Okay, dont just name the game, you have to explain the rules and how to play, see the examples below.

Also, to placate the authorities the title has been changed and that CP is in no way responsible for your health decisions and/or actions enacted while under the influence.

Cool?

Moose Game. The advanced version is called The Sign Game. Buzz is a counting game (going around in a circle, people count in order - any number that has a 7 in it, or a multiple of 7, you have to say Buzz, and the direction of counting reverses - maybe we should call this game Luongo?).

Aeneas and I introduced this game at a pub in Salzburg, Austria in 1997. It has since become a cultural phenomenon, appearing in the movie Beerfest.

http://www.thevirtualbar.com/Drinkin...mes/Moose.html

We play the game you call Viking, but we call it "Moose". We wiggle our
fingers like moose antlers instead of Viking horns, and the people directly
to the left and right of the moose make one wiggly antler of their own on
the side of their head closest to the moose. One other difference --
everyone in the circle is slapping out a rhythm on their laps throughout
the whole round. Having to switch from keeping the beat to making antlers
and back again adds greatly to the difficulty. Also, in Moose it is legal
for anyone in the circle to try and trick someone into becoming the moose
by clapping their hands at them.

The Buffalo Club - you must drink with your left hand - if not, someone yells Buffalo, and you must immediately finish drink. Our game has been on-going for 25 years.

You cant just name the game, you have to describe it and explain how to play.

This is a 'how to' guide for all of our members who are interested in investing the time and energy into developing a medium grade drinking problem.

beersbie!!!!!

its easy to learn and play.

1st what you need.......
-2 broomsick poles
-2 hockey pucks
- 1 frisbe
- 2 empty beer cans (shouldnt be hard to find)

screw the pucks to the poles so the puck is flat to the pole like a platform (looks like the letter "T") do this at home prior to camping.

To set up the game when camping, hammer the poles into the ground about 10-15 feet apart.....or long enough for an average frisbe toss. Pucks work best for a platform as they wont break while hammering on it. Poles should be about chest height. Place a empty beer can on each platform or puck.

To play, split the group into 2 teams. All players must stand behind there pole and can't cross the imaginary line when catching or throwing. Alternate turns throwing the frisbe with teams and your teamates.

The object of the game is to knock over the other teams beer can. If you knock over the can cleanly....the catching team takes "2 drinks or sips". If the catching team can catch the can before the can hits the ground the throwing team takes "3 drinks". If the throwing team knocks over the can by hitting the pole and not hitting the can cleanly.....the catching team takes "1 drink". My softball team added an extra "drink" for brutal throws and dropping a frisbe.

Greatest drinking game ever!!!!

Stupid Buffalo game.

If Jamie does come out for the tourney, she will be playing beer darts and other games all day.

Swing, Baby used to play a really stupid game that I brought up last year.

The football game!!!

Nothing needed but alcohol and a football.

As you are sitting around the camp drinking, people take turns throwing the ball at others. The harder the throw, the more unsuspecting the reciever the better.

If you hit someone with the ball and they do not make a catch, they finish their drink.

If you miss anyone's body part, you finish your drink, or a full beer if yours is near empty.

The Bad: It quickly gets out of hand, with "sucker punch" throws to people that are not looking.

The Good: See "The Bad" above.

Name that tune for beers with troutman on guitar.

It will be good for short attention spans because he apparently knows only the beginnings of songs.

Thanks iggnuef, thats what I'm talking about!

Aeneas, we played that one at last year's tournament...as I recall it was more about being malicious to the fallen-over drunks...

Fine! You demanding S.O.B.

Here's the way my friends and I play:

There are two team of two, each team sits in lawn chairs facing each other about 3 or 4 yards apart. Each team has a very well shook up beer sitting on the ground in between them.

The object of the game is to toss darts at the shook up beer of your opponent. Each team gets one toss by each team member, if you hit your opponents beer they have to shotgun the beer wherever the dart punctured the can. If you puncture the top of your opponents can than both of them have to shotgun a beer and you get the darts back. Games are to either 3 or 5.

Here is picture of some friends and I getting ready to play :

The only difference when we play is the beer needs to be between your feet. More exciting.

my advice tho......don't try glow in the dark beersbie!!

Tried it this year with glow sticks on the poles, around the frisbe and instead of beer cans used gaterade bottles with the label off and a glow stick in them. Great idea right?!?! ......3 black eyes later!! not so much
