Ha. Guy steals a computer. Previous owner had it set to have his photos backed up onto a website. Computer thief takes photos of himself, they get backed up on the website, the computer's owner sees them and tells the police, the thief is recognized and cops nab him.

Gotta love these stupid-criminal stories.

There's supposedly a really good thread out there somewhere (not CP) about a guy who had his laptop stolen and he's tracking what the thief is doing with it. I hear it's epic but I've never read it. I love stories like this.

Awesome. I was at a sales thing yesterday and the company was showing off their new Lo-Jack type device for laptops. Apparently RIM is going to put it into all of their devices. Really cool.
