Translation of Mandarin music files?

I am attempting to place a bunch of my Mother in laws Mandarin Audio CD's into her new MP3 player (not ipod).

As an added bonus, I would like to translate the titles and tracks. Is there any software that can do this? I checked Winamp, but I couldn't find the language pack to download.

Any suggestions?

No machine software will be good at translation of songs to English if that's what you mean. You should get an Mp3 player that supports Big5 Chinese character sets. If your Mp3 player is showing Chinese characters as strange unicode symbols, you might be able to get a firmware update that includes Chinese character sets.
