There are some big deep water sharks like the six gill that would probably munch down on that thing if they came across it.
Thats a pretty interesting hypothesis on the way it hunts. One suspected reason for bioluminescence in jellies is actually to break up their outline against the sea surface (not make them more obvious like it says in the article). Its all speculation though and theres really no way to test any of it.
