Default 3 on 3 hockey

Anyone tried this yet for the 360? Or PS3 for that matter.

I downloaded the demo, and it is a lot of fun. Much of the same controls as NHL09, it's actually pretty neat.

It's fun but I'm contimplating whether it's worth $10 with only one mode and a red and blue team. I could see the novelty dieing out pretty quick. Hopefully they have expansions planned cause they could have did much more with it IMO.

I enjoy it. I really wasn't expecting much and for me to only play it for a week or two and then just leave it on my console HDD, but I could see myself playing this game for a while actually. It's quite amusing and fun dominating people online.

Sucks that actual 3 on 3 only works locally. I would have liked to team up in a lobby system with the other fatas.

I doubt they will, although I'm not sure how other XBL arcade games have worked in terms of updates. I just assumed there were none, but I could be wrong.

It's a great idea for old fans of the Hitz series. Kind of reminds me of ice hockey on the NES. I'm not sure I'll pick it up as all my friends would rather play NHL 09, but if my friends were more casual video game hockey fans I would buy it.

I really enjoy this, its hilarious. Lots of issues though, wish you could save your team instead of having to scroll through everyone each time you play a game. Otherwise its a fun party game

Other arcade games have and hopefully this one does too with more players especially goalies and the ability to have individual teams instead of just blue and red.

Just got the game last night. Lots of fun, but as mentioned it would be nice to actually play 3 vs 3 online, 6 different users, instead of just having guests. Can't be that hard to implement a teamplay feature like they have in NHL 09. Can it?

Anyone used to plays tons of 4 player 2 on 2 pond hockey in the older 2K games?

The music from them makes me insane nowadays.
