Pakrac Croatia......smelled and the people were mean
Benlovac Croatia....smelled worse, and people were really, no really mean
Winnipeg, first impression, got off a bus @ 4am, -45 in a snow storm
Wainwright...........if you don't know never mind

Drunk tank in Lethbridge. It smells, its cold, and sleeping on a cement floor isn't that much fun.

I wouldn't think with as cold and snowy as it is in Winnipeg they'd actually have to sell more snow?!

Oh man did that place suck. I was arguing with my one friend on whether we should go there, Verona for an extra day, or Florence. I gave in. I shouldn't have. Although there is an entertaining video of me waking up still completely hammered the next morning that I'll always have to remember that place by.
Frankfurt: Europe's Edmonton
Inglewood was pretty scary. I was pretty sure I was about to get murdered when I got busted taking a leak in the alley because the gas station had no bathrooms (and the attendant was behind bullet proof glass).

I've been just about everywhere in Alberta, and while Wainwright ain't that great, it has nothing on Valleyview, which is the biggest hole in the province. Lac La Biche isn't very good either. Places like Jarvie and Fawcett are just depressing.
Worst town I've been to overall is Fort Nelson. Just an ugly, dirty, depressing city.

The moon.
Man, that place sucked. It was cold, couldn't walk and I could barely breathe.

Butte, Montana is pretty ugly. Imagine a city built with a big mine right in the middle of it. Take the "E" off... Actually, as much as I like Montana, Browning is another place I never need to go again.

Saint John, New Brunswick. The place reaks like you wouldn't believe, is poluted beyond repairs, has nothing to do and very few educated people, and even if you can get a job it will be to work for the biggest jerks on the planet (the Irving Family) for 8 dollars an hour.

Browning, Montana. No question.
edit: I see habby has had a similar experience. Ugly, ugly place. I believe Cheese (or some old fogey around here) once told me that it in the 70's a magazine put out a top ten list of places in America you are most likely to get shot. Browning was number 1.
