im partial to Cactus Club Jack Daniel Ribs .... Tony Roma's are the WORST bang for your buck ribs in town. Ribs are ok. but far too expensive for their quality.

I find the ribs of my slain enemies to be the most succulent.
But you have to develop enemies, hunt them down, kill them and cook them, and its a really huge hassle, so I typically settle for Tony Roma's. As stated though, they are pricy.

Personally, I find Tony Roma's to be overly sweet, almost synthetic. And waaaay too over priced, as others have stated.
If you don't smoke your own, Big T's is not bad.

Gotta go with Fotze....Palomino has the best smoked meat in town, not just ribs...and they have bacon wrapped corn. I was there last night before Metallica. That is one of my favorite places in Calgary
Big T's is pretty good as is Bookers
Tony Romas, Montana's etc are okay but I hate chain food.
The sad thing I know 3 or 4 rib places in Kalispell/whitefish area that are miles ahead of anything in our city.
I truly believe all ribs should be smoked. I make the exception with earl's ribs. Paired with the blackened chicken is an amazing meal

I really like the ribs from Joey Tomatoes actually, very well done.
Also, Swiss Chalet has excellent ribs as well.

Ribs? Did someone say ribs?
Best ribs in town? Mine.
Boil the ribs until the meat is almost falling off the bone. The remove ribs from water, put ribs in large ziploc with copious amounts of Presidents Choice Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Let marinate for the day, the cook on grill over the open fire.
I promise, they will be the best you ever had.

I make some awesome ribs called "Rum Runner Ribs". They are fantastic, and easily the best. Can't give you the recipe or I'll have to kill you and feed your ribs to Locke.

Palomino. Period. That bacon wrapped corn rocks as well.
Big T's pales in comparison - no better than the garbage at Tony Romas, Montana's, etc...
I've taken to smoking my own on a gas grill. Find some hardwood chips, throw together a smoke pouch, apply a dry rub of some kind and smoke the ribs for a few hours on low indirect heat. Money.

And crack for dessert. Plus for a marginal additional fee, you can do the crack off the hooker who sold it to you and then do the hooker.

Now you can cut down Edmonton all you want, but if you're going to bash Swiss Chalet, we're going to have words.
After school, down by the Legislature.
Honestly though, the ribs are really good there.

Earl's always seems to do a nice fall off the bone rack. Other racks in the restaurant are usually supple and bountiful too.
