just received an email from sony
seems ive been selected to help beta test Playstation home
downloading the beta now
just curious if any other CPer got the email as well

i've had it since september...it's kinda boring. But they did introduce clubs now so we should definitely start a cp fatas one.

I was pretty excited to give it a try when I got my invite back in September. 30 minutes in I couldn't really see the appeal anymore. Of course I didn't know anybody ... I'd be willing to try and have a cp area and see how it goes.

damn...
when I first logged in on Friday and went ot the common area, there was a bunch of people in some listening booth area, and we all lined up and did hte running man...I got bored after a couple minutes and left when the line was about 15 ppl long...
I coulda been a part of virtual history!

I heard a rumor that you may be able to use your trophies as currency at a later date. This was always my idea when home and trophies were first announced. I'd be all over it if that was true.

Ive got 30 some odd trophies....
all of them from LBP
Ill have to hit the home mall tonight and see what this free stuff is, I went to one store yesterday and there was nothing still, so i figured there was nothing all around

are trophies what pop up on rock band 2 periodically when you accomplish something? or is that something else?

Above link to all the games with trophies. Man, having to rent/buy/play a bunch of games just to get trophies for a Home room would suck, and you know there would be a big ticket item that would require a lot of trophies.

i've got some for gta IV, Uncharted, Pain, and Pixel Junk Eden. The uncharted and GTA trophies require an update.
