i was surprised to see keetley play all 3 games this weekend. i don't think he played bad because of it, but with a good backup like irving, seems kinda weird to play 3 in a row.

McGill said he went with his second-year starter ahead of rookie backup Leland Irving on Sunday because he wanted to test him.

“It is part of his development,’’ said McGill. “It’s part of his mental training, and he did a good job with it.”

with so many double and triple headers on the schedule, i don't see McGill going this route to often
