memory express for sure, best buy and future shop possibly. Pretty much any computer store will have them. Possibly even places like home depot.

If you do, just don't spray on bare skin. 
Speaking of compressed air, a while ago, when news stories were breaking about how many kids - especially native kids - were using things like canned air as a cheap way to get high, Staples decided they needed to do their part to stop this. But they didn't want to appear racist or bigoted. So they required everyone who bought canned air to show ID. My friend, who was 30 at the time, just killed herself laughing when the poor, embarrassed, Staples drone asked her for ID. Staples wised up quickly and dropped that dumb policy.

1 can is more than enough for a computer but it can be used on many household electronics or anything that needs a delicate cleaning. Trust me, always good to have a few extra cans around.

If my memory serves me correctly, the Costco 6 pack was about the same price as 2 or 3 cans would run you elsewhere.

You can buy these everywhere. Cheap from Costco but even Grand & Toy and any office supply store will have them.
Personally, I just flip the vacuum on reverse and save myself the money.

You want more than one can anyways. I find that after a little bit of use, the can get's too cold and loses compression. I alternate between 3 cans when I take the computer out to get un-dusted.

You still want to be careful, don't touch the plastic nozzle from the can on anything since that can get static as well.

Nowhere near enough power.
Take this as an opportunity to invest in a small air compressor!

If you do though, PLEASE put a moisture trap on it.
A tip though... a compressor or canned air will definetly blow the dust out, but where does it go from there? Place a vacuum in the case (if large) or just near the opening to create a positive suction that will catch the dust you loosen. Otherwise the dust will go into the air and you'll be back at square one in no time.
