Default I just thought of a great Wii game...

Iron Chef.

The Wii is perfect to practice your cooking skills (at least in a simulated environment), and if you can duel against other players around the world, why not? This game would take immense advantage of the movements and gestures needed to be a chef, and the difficultly can range from beginners (cutting bread) all the way to preparing a Hog Roast over a spit! (or something like that)...

Something with an Iron Chef feel to it, and having a good old fashioned cook off.

Sound interesting? Or too Food Network-ish?

There is a cartoony cooking game...so the mechanics of it would be fine...kind of like Trauma Centre...

I think that Curling would be a good Wii Sports type game...

And where is my hockey Nintendo!!

Darn!! There already is one, although it's a bit too cartoony. They should make an official Iron Chef version, one that has over-the-top Japanese presentation just like on the original show, and make it more adult oriented....So many possibilities with the Wii and cooking.

Only problem is what happens when you put the roast in the oven and have to sit around waiting three hours for it to cook?

I had two wii game ideas that nobody things is cool, but I think that it would sell.

Phycho operation - take the original game, take away pain killers and you have fun for the whole family. Perform illegal experimental operations while the patient squirms in pain and screams before you. Remove a kidney, no problem, extra creativity allows you to unlock special skills like animal part transplants. electricty, use of household chemicals as part of your experiments. Display your freak to other members of the mad scientist community. Get extra funding from crazy fringe groups in brazil. Game $49.99, 7 different surgical instrument controllers can be bought including power tools, cardio kit, 10th century surgical instrument, gynocology kit and many many more.

Home after curfew - Your the angry dad waiting for your son or wife or kid go come home late. when they do, they insult you drunkenly or as teenagers do. points are taken away for the obvious more violent solutions. But you can cast spells such as groundings, military school threats, and the most popular one, signing the divorce papers. This is a real life simulator so the game comes with multiple controllers including, the hand towel controller, the pen, the angry finger and more. game $59.00 and for the adults out there, you can buy the expansion patch that includes taking your kid to a ball game to make up for being a jerk, or make up sex with the wife module, or the ever popular, thats it I'm out of here module which features the ever realistic neighborhood tavern and drunk driving simulator.

Apparently Gordon Ramsay is taking advantage of this idea for Hell's Kitchen as well...

Hell's Kitchen Game Announced

Quote:
"We are thrilled that Granada, a highly respected and successful global media company, is entrusting us with the 'Hell's Kitchen' property," Ludia founder and CEO Alex Thabet explained. "The show has millions of viewers, and the game will bring the fun of the kitchen boot camp experience from the TVs to the PCs and consoles of this rapidly growing audience."

Lol, there's already an official version! I was already looking for news on it last week. So you're a little late.

Would you believe there is a Bob Ross painting game coming out?

Bob Ross would be the final impetus to make me buy a Wii. But then again, they announced the Joy of Painting for DS too.

I just don't see how it will be any good unless Bob Ross was still alive and could narrate it.

Another game thought came to me.

Row Cham Beau the game. Thats right from the creators of southpart, the object of the game is to go from place to place kicking, punching or blugeoning random strangers in the drunk. This game doesn't keep score, and has no time limit, but does judge you on degrees of artistry. Un lock additional cities and rural settings, study the different reactions from Calgary to San Francisco to Paris france to small town Alabama.

Multiple controllers can be used such as a shoe you can wear, and a fist shape puncher, you can also purchase the baseball bat, the meat hook and the .357 magnum.

Order now.

he's been dead for 13 years? I thought he was still kicking! Guess I really didn't even know of him until about 10 years ago, so I wouldn't have been given the memo

You mean something like Trauma Center but more realistic?

Trauma Center is easily one of my favourite wii games. Way too anime/scifi/japanese for my liking, but still cool. The only way that game could be more Japanese is if it dispensed used panties and oppressed the Chinese*.

It is coming to Wii along with Hells Kitchen in the fall.
