As per Alberta Motor Vehicles Insurance Council regulations, all vehicles must now pass a Motor Vehicle Mechanical Fitness test. They must be no more than two weeks old prior to the vehicle being sold to the consumer. At the wholesale auction, they advise us what is wrong with the vehicles and if the vehicles have arbitration rights. some do, some dont. We dont buy any vehicles at the auction that we cant go back to the seller on if there are problems with it.
