Default New PC - thoughts?

So I'm getting a PC bought for me and I have a set limit. The pricing I get is also a little bit better than what the common joe will get through Dell. Since it is being bought for me it has to be a Dell.

Here is what I've come up with so far (main components):

-XPS 720, Intel Core2 processor Q6600 (24.0Ghz, 1066FSB) w/ QuadCore & 8MB cache

-4GB DDR2 SDRAM @ 667MHz

-768 MB NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTX

-750GB SATA HDD (7200RMP) w/ 16MB DataBurst Cache

- 22" Monitor (Dell UltraSharp 2208WFP)

Basically I want to know what people think of that system. I'll be playing some games (mostly COD4) and I'm wondering if the graphics card that Dell sells is any good and if the memory will be fine. Definitely decent specs, but I'm still leary about Dell (even though I've never had any bad experiences with them) but I have no choice as the PC is being bought for me, I just get to choose the specs.

Thoughts? Ideas?

Looks like a pretty solid machine.
What OS? (unless you get a 64bit OS you will probably only see 3.2GB)

I was wondering about the mis-match of speed between the CPU (1066 Mhz) and the Ram (677 Mhz). I also just read that 32-bit only uses about 3GB of RAM. So I am going to get only 2GB of RAM but at 1066 Mhz. If I feel I need to upgrade the ram I can do so at a later date.
