They are still available at tickemaster, though only tix in the 300s are left. $7.50 each.

Closer to the ice simply means more bears hitting you in the head.

I know the Hitmen have sent a message to season ticket holders asking them to give up their tix if they can't make it, so I would suggest keeping an eye on ticketmaster from time to time if you can't find anyone willing to give them up. Or, call the Hitmen themselves and inquire.
