I haven't been following it as close since the midget got booted off but somoene told me that they shot a segment in Calgary but I have yet to see it. Does anyone know if it has aired already or when it's coming up?
I will try and look for more info!

I don't really watch the show, but the rumour I heard was that some was shot in Banff (which, I assume, leads things to Calgary).

However, a friend of mine was saying that the producers shoot "fake" segements with different actors and such, so that information can't be spread by astute members of the public.

I can't substantiate either point though, but that's what I heard.

yeah I saw a clip at the end of the last show. I'm pretty positive I saw the ski jump at C.O.P. It's definetely on the next show.

Article in the Herald today basically said that we werent imagining what we saw last episode. they did indeed film scenes in banff and calgary. they can be seen in next weeks finale. pretty darn cool.

They finished last, but it was a non-elimination week :crap:
So they are apart of the final 4 teams that will compete in the finale, my bet is that they win it all.

ugh, that sucks. I'd even rather have the jesus models win over that prick. btw, why does nobody else get their occupations listed but just the models? Is it to make us hate them more?

I think the teams got to chose what it says below their names. For instance, one team chose "bowling moms" another team is the "twins" so I guess the models had nothing better to say about themselves than that.

What I had heard weeks ago was that the end of one of their episodes takes place in Banff, they pass through Calgary to get there.

One of my friends told me that watching the show last week, at the end when they show scenes from next week, they show the groups doing a stunt up at C.O.P. so I guess they stop here for a bit too.

A friend of mine was at the airport in calgary a while ago. And he said he saw a few people running through the airport with cameras following them.

He told me months ago, watch for Calgary on the next Amazing Race.

I hate the models so very much. I don't care who you are or what your occupation is, you put a million bucks cash in front of someone and say "if you shave your head, you have a 1 in 4 chance of winning this". Who the hell wouldn't take that chance!?! They need to lose just because of that episode. Couple of babies!

wow being out around the phillipinees I thought they were going to end up in Japan when I saw the snow. That's so cool the season finale ends up in Canada. Sweet! I thought they might end up in Vancouver cause in the beginning of the show when they show a bunch of city names on a globe of the world. In that segment Vancouver B.C is one of them.

No, the finale doesn't end up in Calgary. It is a 2 hour episode so one team will get eliminated at the end of hour 1, which takes place in Calgary/ Banff. The final pitstop as always, will be back in the US.

I also hate that Colin guy, he has a very short fuse. I am cheering for the models cause I think Nicole is hot.

Also I think that yeild thing is a stupid addition to the show. All it does is allow crappy teams to hurt those teams that are actually good. I don;t mind if a team is eliminated because they screw, but think it would suck if a team is eliminated solely because some other team yeilded them.

Those damn non-elmination points are what p*sses me off! so much i'm not going to watch the 6th race. Whats the point of having them do all that crap only to not get elminated at the end of the show.

It's like watching a hockey game and at the end with Calgary winning 6-0 over the Oilers they say, nope games not over we will play again tomorrow nite. ARGGHHHHHHH.

What I didn't understand about the non-elimination rounds is this:

A couple weeks ago, the models were last in a non-elimination round and had to give up all of their money, as well as not getting any money for the next round.

So, without any money, the first thing they do in the morning is hop into a cab!!. How did that work?!?!?!
