4-12-2.
That’s an ouchy.
Props to Binnington and his future Oilers self. He had a strong game. I hate him now, I’ll hate him more after the Oilers acquire him.
Klapka and Coronato stood out to me tonight as having strong games.

Great loss.
That being said, can this be the turning point for Coronato? Take over as the top forward on this team for now.

Important loss. Not a fan of cheering against my own team but we needed that. Big 4 McKenna points. On to the next.

Now please don’t jump down my throat, just giving an honest observation after watching this team some 45 years , but I don’t think we are making the playoffs. There’s a chance but I think we may miss this year

Only a few more seasons of this, right?
Ugh. Klapka and Coronato had a good game. Zary is playing so timid after his injuries. Kuznetsov looked fine on the 2nd pairing.

It is crazy how bad they are. Imagine them once we trade Kadri, Andersson, and Coleman?
This will be amazing!

Good to see them battle a lot harder after an abysmal opening 20 minutes. That was actually good to see because they looked just lost in the 1st.
They also seem to look better this season when pushing for a goal down multiple goals and are taking more risks to generate chances.
Maybe they could play that more aggressive riskier game to start hockey games more.

Great game by the Flames. Lots of pressure and chances. Huska must be reading these forums and changed up the system. Flames did well to generate good chances.
Interesting to see Klapka out there late in the game with the goalie pulled. I thought he had a great game, though he got a little over-zealous and negated a PP. Otherwise, I thought he was very strong.
Coronato's goal was impossible to stop. Just a rocket. He is going to be such a good top 6 option for the Flames for years to come, especially when they turn this team around.
