Tik Tok Embedded on CP?

I noticed that when I am on my company provided computer, I get a pop up in the bottom corner of my screen from our IT saying that Tik Tok is not allowed and is being blocked. My employer has banned Tik Tok, so that makes sense. What I don't get is why is happens on CP, and quite often at that. Not every time a screen loads, but probably between 10-20% of the time.

Is this something in the banner ads? Is it actually Tik Tok, or just something that looks like Tik Tok to the blocking software? I am not overly savvy with these things, so I am mostly just curious as to why it happens. I haven't noticed it on other sites.

Edit: It just came up at 9:24 PM PST if that helps. It says something like; "For you protection, Tik Tok has been blocked by your administrator". The banner ad is for IQOS.

Edit: I noticed it on another site (SBNation) so I guess it's probably pretty common.

Could be ads yeah, but could also be an embedded image or something. If you get it post the full URL of the page you were on here I can see if it's something in the site itself at least.
